Nora Fatehi Diet Plan

Nora Fatehi follows a simple diet and eats everything she likes but in correct proportions. She likes junk food but does not eat too much. Let us know the “Nora Fatehi diet plan” here:

Breakfast

  • At 7:00 am, she prefers 70 grams of oats with cinnamon, half banana, some honey, vegetables and 2 eggs and 2 egg white (fried). 

Lunch

  • At 12:00 noon, she has 1.5 cups of cooked rice with fresh vegetables and 4 ounces of chicken. 

Post-training meal

  • After these meals, she has a scoop of pure dark chocolate protein and about 50 grams of carbs.

Afternoon snack

  • At 4:30 in the evening, she has a bag of Lesserville Himalayan Gold Popcorn.

Dinner

  • At 6:30 pm, she serves fresh vegetables, 5-ounce flank steak, and 1 large sweet potato.

Late-night snack
