BCCI declared Virat Kohli as fittest Indian cricketer

Virat Kohli has been the fittest Indian cricketer by a distance and a declaration to that is a BCCI report which uncovered that no less than 23 halfway contracted Indian cricketers, with the exception of the previous captain, expected a visit to NCA for recovery in 2021-22 season for some or other injury.

As per an insider, Kohli never in the beyond one year expected to check in at the Bengaluru’s Centre of Excellence for injury or wellness related issues. “In all honesty, a great deal of these wounds were on-field. Some were unfortunate with cracks. Some had various issues at various times.

A BCCI source said “But you have to give it to Kohli’s fitness that he has managed himself so well that he never had any hamstring or muscle related injuries, primarily because of the kind of fitness work he does throughout the year.”
