Sorry our product didn’t meet your expectations. We will, of course, process your return or exchange it for another product immediately. Please contact us before sending any parcel for the return/exchange code.

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Once your return has been scanned in or dropped off and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method or initiate your exchange.

All promotional purchases, such as leggings redeemed with a Free Legging Code, free gifts, e-Gift Cards, or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

● Free leggings earned through our Refer-A-Friend program
● Free gifts
● Items marked on our site as final sale

You may return the items, postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt, for your refund to be considered.

Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order.

We are unable to provide any refunds for any lost/damaged return packages.

3. Mention about item you’d like to exchange and your color/size preferences

4. Wait for us to get back to you asap.

If your requested exchange items sell out, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment.

All exchange orders will take our usual 7-14 working days to arrive depending on where you’re located. Orders will be shipped to the address listed on the original order. If you need to make any changes to your address, please contact our team before you confirm your exchange request.

If you need to make any changes to an existing return or exchange request, including address updates, please reach out to our team over at [email protected] with your return code. Be sure to hold onto your return until any requested changes or updates are confirmed by our team.

Please note that any returns or exchanges that have already been processed cannot be changed.
