How can I place an order?

How do I track my Order?

To track your order, you need Order ID and registered email. Visit Track your Order page for more information.  

Can I change my account details after order confirmation?

To change your account details, login to dashboard and go to Edit Profile. 

Do I quality for Free Shipping?

Yes, we are offering Free Shipping for all orders.

How long does it take to deliver my package?

It takes maximum 7 working days to deliver your package.

Can I opt for fast delivery?

You have the choice to get your order delivered the next day via expedited delivery.

My payment failed, What should I do?

Please try making the purchase again with a different payment method. If you’re still having issues, contact your bank to see if there’s a problem with your account.

What are different payment options you have?

You can pay using multiple payment options like wallet, credit/debit cards and UPI.

Exchange & Refund

Can I exchange my Item?

  • Ridavo Products can only be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase & along with invoice, intact tags, packaging & in unused / unaltered, saleable condition.

How do I return my item?

We’d love to know what specifically was it about the product that you didn’t like! Go to Shipping & Returns page to return your item. 

 

How will I get refund if I've placed COD order?

We are not offering COD option as of now on our website. 

Cancellation

How to cancel my order?

Go to Your Orders > Select the Request cancellation option and proceed further.

How to cancel order which is already in transit?

To cancel order which is already in transit, the items will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made).
