Intermediate/Level 2
This level assumes that you have some familiarity with yoga and can perform a variety of poses with proper alignment. It introduces more challenging poses and sequencing, and emphasizes deeper exploration of breath, meditation, and philosophy.
Advanced/Level 3
This level is intended for experienced practitioners who have a strong foundation in yoga and can perform advanced poses with confidence and control. It involves complex sequencing, intense physical and mental challenges, and deeper spiritual inquiry.
