He went on to say that he needs eight hours of sleep to function during the day. He added that the two essential elements of a healthy lifestyle are sleep and water. Kartik Aaryan revealed his favourite fruit and vegetable, stating that he enjoys eating lady’s fingers when it comes to vegetables.

He continued by saying that although he likes cooked veggies, his diet only allows him to eat them occasionally in a salad or boiled form.
The actor made fun of himself for occasionally eating butter naan; otherwise, he favours jowar or nachni.
