What is a 14-Days Power Yoga Challenge?

14days to a more flexible you!

This is a 14-days live online challenge wherein we will practice yoga together every day for 14 days.

Our Ridavo Yoga Expert will guide you through an hour-long session every morning on Zoom. You can expect every session to be a combination of practicing yoga asanas, cardio exercises, animal movements and calisthenics along with gaining deep knowledge of the yogic philosophy.

Recorded Sessions will be provided for those who can’t join due to time zone differences.
